Komitmen Spiritual: Studi tentang Loyalitas dan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Nilai Religi di SMTK Berita Hidup, Karanganyar

Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of religious values on the elements of loyalty and the quality of human resources at SMTK Berita Hidup Solo. Loyalty and the quality of human resources in the education sector are undergoing a shift in capital due to the social changes that have occurred. Social changes that require human resources to seek material for life have led to shifts in capital allocation within the workforce. Therefore, this study aims to explore the concept of religious values that contribute to the development of loyalty and the quality of human resources in the educational context. Qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, were used to explore the emic perspective and a sociology of religion approach that presents religious values, loyalty, and quality through critical thinking. The results of this study indicate that religious values are a strong indicator in building loyalty and the quality of human resources at SMTK Berita Hidup. This study concludes that religious values form a spiritual commitment that enables human resources to achieve loyalty and quality in the educational space.

 

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai agama terhadap unsur loyalitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia di SMTK Berita Hidup Solo. Loyalitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam dunia pendidikan mengalami pergeseran kapital yang diakibatkan oleh perubahan sosial yang terjadi. Perubahan sosial yang menuntut sumber daya manusia mencari materi untuk kehidupan telah menggeser perubahan kapital pada tenaga kerja. Karena itu, penelitian ini mencari perubahan dengan melihat nilai-nilai agama yang dapat membangun loyalitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia di bidang pendidikan. Metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam digunakan untuk menggali perspektif emik serta pendekatan sosiologi agama yang menyajikan nilai religi, loyalitas, dan kualitas secara critical thinking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai religi menjadi indikator yang kuat dalam membangun loyalitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia di SMTK Berita Hidup. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah bahwa nilai religi membentuk sebuah komitmen spiritual bagi sumber daya manusia untuk mencapai loyalitas dan kualitas di ruang pendidikan.
